Instructions
Step 1
Chop the potatoes and butternut squash into bitesized pieces. Add to saucepan, cover with water and boil until soft.
Step 2
Blend the onion, garlic and carrots. Add the mid the mix to the saucepan with a pinch of salt. Stir and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes and beans and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the heat. Stir in the basil leaves and serve with a squeeze of lime to taste.
