Ingredients

4 stalksgreen onions
2’ sliced & split in half

2 tspsoy sauce
2 1/4 tsp of dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp of sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Marinade beef in a bowl with 2 tsp of soy sauce, 2 1/4 tsp of dark soy sauce, 3/4 tsp of oyster sauce, 3/4 tsp of sugar, 1 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 4 1/2 tsp of cornstarch. Mixed the beef and ingredients first and then add 3 tbsp of olive oil and 1 1/2 tsp of sesame oil to the meat. Set aside for 15 minutes. Heat the wok with olive oil and add onions, 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of sugar. Stir frying onions until translucent but not over cooked. Remove onions and set aside. Stir fry the beef until brown, stirring occasionally. Add raw minced garlic and stir fry. Now add 1 1/2 tbsp of rice wine to the edge of the wok, and then add 3 tsp of dark soy sauce some more with another 1 1/2 tsp of oyster sauce to the beef. Now add 1/3 cup of water to the wok, cook further until thickened. Lastly, add the cooked onions…and serve hot.
