Ingredients
4 servings

6baby cucumber

½ tablespoonsesame oil

½ tablespoonfish sauce

radish
I used 3 red radishes, julienned, but you can use a 1/4 cup daikon sliced

0.25onion
sliced 1/4 in thin

0.25apple
you could use asian pear too

2 tablespoongochujang

3 tablespoonskorean chili flakes

¼ teaspoonmirin

3 teaspoonssesame seeds

1 cloveselephant garlic
or 3 regular pieces of garlic

2 tablespoonsgreen onion
Instructions
Step 1
Start by cutting your cukes however you would like. I tried making mine like a little accordion ,but I screwed up. Practice makes perfect I guess.
Step 2
Now in a bowl you bowl add the ingredient listed below and blitz until smooth. I added a little bit of my radish into the mix too.

Step 3
This is the last step. Dump your cut veg and your pepper paste into a bowl together and massage until coated. You can let it rest for thirty minute or if you want the maximum flavor let it rest overnight in your fridge.
