I froze them overnight.
Step 3

Peel off them.
Step 4

Mix all together to make batter.
Step 5

Cover with flour before dipping in the batter.
Step 6

Deep the eggs in the batter.
Step 7

Cook them in the 160C frying oil for 6minutes.
Step 8

Serve them on top of rice.

Garnish with some chopped scaillions and drizzle teriyaki sauce. Enjoy :)
