Instructions
Step 1
mash bananas with baking powder in main bowl
Step 2
gently whisk eggs in separate bowl
Step 3
add eggs, salt, vanilla to banana mixture, gently stir
Step 4
combine almond butter and oil in a separate bowl with a fork (this step is optional depending on how liquidy your almond butter is. if it's liquidy already, no need to add oil)
Step 5
add oat milk to almond butter mix and continue to incorporate --> add this to the main bowl and stir
Step 6
stir in oats and flour
Step 7
fold in choc chips - batter should be pretty thick!
Step 8
cook on a buttered griddle
Step 9
serve with berries and maple syrup
