Cook rice
Step 2
Brown your thinly sliced beef on a hot pan and remove once cooked
Step 3
Add the butter and onions and cook for 6 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute.
Step 4
Add the flour, stir, then the beef stock. Add the mustard, worcestershire sauce and creams.
Step 5
Simmer until thickened, then add the beef to warm through. Finish with parsley
