Chocolate Overnight oats
2 steps
Prep:8min
Use good quality, jumbo oats. This is a chocolate lovers dream and would work well for children as a healthier alternative to cereals. Organic cacao powder is packed with minerals (iron, zinc, magnesium to name a few) and is also high in protein. Chia seeds add healthy fats and more protein - all of which will slow the release of glucose from he oats and support you in feeling full throughout the morning. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and fresh or frozen rasberries or berries.
