Instructions

Step 1
Add egg white from a large egg to a bowl then beat with an electric whisk until it’s nice and frothy. Slowly add the sugar and beat until it’s mixed and at soft peak stage
Step 2
Sift in cocoa powder and flour and stir to combine then add cooked melted butter milk and hazelnuts and mix to form a batter
Step 3
Line a baking tray and grease lightly then add flat circles of the batter 2 inches apart . You will need to make this in batches . Tap the tray a few times to flatten the batter then bake at 180 c / 360 f for 5-6 minutes
Step 4
Have a rolling pin ready then with a knife scrape the thins off the sheet and curve them around the rolling pin to give them the curvy shape . Bake the other batch then do the same . Once cool they are lovely and crisp on the outside and so so tasty ! Enjoy
