Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400º.
Step 2
Cut in halves or quarters, depending on size of potatoes. Place on cookie sheet. Pour olive oil over potatoes and coat. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Turn all potatoes so that cut-side is down.
