1 cupyellow onion

½ tsppepper

Instructions
Step 1
Add the chicken, beans, broth/stock, chiles/peppers, onion and seasonings to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 3
Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker.
Step 4
Add cream cheese and heavy cream. Cook on HIGH for 30 minutes, or until thickened.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
