This cake is so delicious and sumptuous . It has no flour so gluten free and only two ingredients ! What could be easier !

Instructions

Step 1
Melt 350 grams of the dark chocolate in a bowl then let it cook slightly
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks then stir in the yolks into the melted chocolate one at a time . This is a great arm workout as it gets pretty stiff !
Step 3
Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk until soft peaks then a little at a time fold into the chocolate mixture until combined . Pour the batter into a small greased lined cake pan and bake at 160 c 320 f for 35 minutes or until a cocktail stick inserted into the middle comes out clean
Step 4
Melt 200 grams chocolate in another bowl then add 50 ml of hot water and using a whisk whisk until it turns into ganache like frosting . If it seized add a little more water and mix again . Spread this all over the slightly cooled cake and enjoy .
