Instructions

Step 1
Roughly chop the tomatoes, red bell peppers, onion and garlic

Place in a baking tray and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried oregano

Drizzle olive oil, mix well and place in the oven for 55 mins until onions and peppers are soft

Pour the vegetables and their liquid in a blender
