Instructions
Step 1

Add water and butter in a milk pot and simmer


Step 2

Remove from heat and put flour and mix

Step 3

Cook on a low heat and mix until it leaves a thin layer of mixture at the bottom of the pot

Add beaten eggs and mix until there are no lumps

Step 5

Pour oil in a pot and put on medium heat

Step 6

On a parchment paper, shape the churros mix into a bow shape

Step 7

Fry in oil until it’s golden brown
Step 8

Mix sugar and cinnamon

Step 9

Put cinnamon sugar on churros
Step 10

Melt chocolate if you want as a dip
