Ingredients
4 servings
2 packagesmini chicken wontons
0.5 bagspinach
1 boxmiso ginger broth
10 ozmushrooms
1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil
or olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice mushrooms and saute in sesame oil (or olive oil) in a pot over medium-high heat for 5 mins. or until golden
Step 2
Pour in miso ginger broth and bring it to a boil
Step 3
One broth is boiling, add chicken cilantro mini wontons and let simmer for about 3 mins. Taste broth and season with as much soy sauce as you’d like (I used 2 tsp.)
Step 4
Stir in spinach just until wilted.
Step 5
Serve in a bowl and enjoy! Feel free to add cooked rice or TJ’s Thai Wheat Noodles to make it more hearty. (we didn't)
