Pork Mix
1 lbLean Ground Pork
¼ cuppanko breadcrumbs

Instructions
Pork Mix
Step 1
Add all the Pork mix ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine
Lean Ground Pork1 lb
panko breadcrumbs¼ cup
sugar½ tsp
black pepper1 tsp
rice wine vinegar2 tsp
Chives3 Tbsp
ginger minced1 Tbsp
soy sauce1 Tbsp

Step 2
In a large saucepan heat olive oil on a medium heat,

Add Onion, Ginger and Garlic cook for 5 min or until they get some colour.

Add Chicken broth, Soy sauce, Rice wine vinegar and Sesame oil. Simmer for 20 min

Strain the broth and discard the aromatics.
Step 6
Return broth to saucepan and place on a medium heat

Add small ball of Pork mix to the simmering broth. the pork balls are ready when they float

Add chopped Bok choy and Wontons, pushing the wontons under the liquid
