Step 1
Put ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Bring broth to a boil. Dilute corn starch with 2 tbp of water and mix with soup. Bring to a boil again and let thicken a bit.
Step 3
Turn heat to medium. Beat 2 eggs and drizzle along chopsticks in thin stream. Let set for about 1 min.
Step 4
Ladle soup onto bowl and mix with ingredients.
