Step 1
As water is coming to a boil, add in bouillon paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire, sesame oil, onion flakes, and garlic powder.

Once water is boiling, add in carrots.
Step 3
Chop spinach and add to the pot, followed by the sliced green onions.
Step 4
Taste broth and adjust any seasoning as needed.
Step 5
Drop three cakes of rice noodles into the boiling broth: let them simmer for 4 minutes, then gently pry the cakes apart using two forks to stir them around the broth.
Step 6
Simmer for another few minutes, then remove from heat and leave soup covered until the desired texture is reached.
Step 7
Serve with hard boiled eggs and seaweed.
