Instructions

Lasagna Sauce

Step 1
Dice the onion, chop the garlic and basil and slice the carrot.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add then onion and fry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Then add the carrots and fry one more minute before adding the garlic. Fry the vegetables for another minute.
Step 4
Add the ground beef and stir well so there are no big pieces.
Step 5
Add the seasonings and tomato paste.
Step 6
Finally pure in the canned tomatoes and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Béchamel sauce

Step 7
Melt the butter in the pot over medium heat.
Step 8
When the butter is melted add the flour and stir well with a whisk.
Step 9
Now add the milk sip by sip and always stir well. There should be no lumps.
Step 10
Season the sauce with salt and pepper and let it thicken for 2 minutes.

Wrap

Step 11
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with 1 tbsp of Béchamel sauce. Sprinkle on 2 tbsp of grated cheese.
Step 12
Add the arugula, 3 tbsp of the lasagna sauce, 2 tbsp of Béchamel sauce and again sprinkle on 2 tbsp of grated cheese.
Step 13
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 14
Repeat the steps 11-13 with the other wrap.
Step 15
Roast the wraps on all sides. Enjoy!
