Short Rib and Mushroom Pizza

Who doesn't love a good pizza! Now for this recipe I've broken down the steps if you're using fresh dough. Full disclosure, I happen to find some pre-made crust at Costco so I ended up using that. Recipe still remains the same, I just took a shortcut haha! This pizza packs tons of flavors and is exactly really easy to make!

Step 1
In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and mushrooms. Sauté until tender. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 3
Take one of your halves of dough and stretch until about 10 inches.

Add 1/2 of the Marinara Sauce. Spread it out with a spoon until it’s about 1/2-1 inch from the edges. Then add half of the mozzarella cheese.

Slice your short ribs into bite size pieces. Add about half of the short rib on top of the the cheese.

Add half of the sautéed mushrooms and about 1/4 of the basil leaves.

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the dough around the edges start to brown.
Step 8
Remove the pizza from the oven. Add another 1/4 of the basil leaves. Cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
Step 9
Repeat with second pizza dough, and the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
