Step 1
Heat sesame oil and add garlic and ginger. Fry until fragrant and add in chicken. Cook chicken on one side for a couple minutes and then turn it over and do the same for the other side. Try to get a little color on the chicken. Add sauce then cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and increase the heat and let the sauce reduce. Add basil and cook until the basil is wilted (1 minute)
