Ingredients

0.75 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs
cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cupstalks celery
medium, sliced
¾ cupcarrot
large, chopped
½ cuponion
medium, chopped
1 x 14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes
undrained
1 x 14 ozcan chicken broth
1 teaspoondried thyme leaves
2 cupsfrozen sweet peas
thawed
1 cupfrozen egg noodles
home-style, from 12 oz bag
Instructions
Step 1
Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Place chicken in skillet; cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.
Step 2
In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix chicken and remaining ingredients except peas and noodles.
Step 3
Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 hours 30 minutes to 7 hours.
Step 4
Stir in peas and noodles. Increase heat setting to High; cover and cook about 30 minutes longer or until noodles are tender.
