Instructions

Step 1
Prepare, cut and put all the ingredients, apart from the peas, in your slow cooker. Add all your spices, oil and 1 cup of warm water in the slow cooker, stir and cook for 4hrs on high.
Step 2
After 4 hours in the slow cooker (can be less depending on your machine) shred the chicken breasts with a fork and add the peas. This recipe works best with frozen peas! Cook for another 1-2hrs on high until the peas are fully cooked.
Step 3
Serve hot with your favourite bread and enjoy! This makes 2 big, hearty portions or 3-4 smaller ones, depending on how big are your chicken breasts!
