¼ teaspoonchili powder

¼ teaspooncumin

¼ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonblack pepper

15 ouncescan of diced tomatoes
undrained

9 ouncescan coconut milk

¼ cupcilantro
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
n a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Toss to combine.
Step 3
Pour the chicken mixture into the crock pot.
Step 4
Stir in the diced tomatoes and coconut milk.
Step 5
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Stir in the cilantro and serve immediately.
