Preheat the oven for 450F.
Step 2
Combine sliced vegetables, olive oil and seasonings in a large bowl. Fold together until well combined.

Place the naan on a lined baking sheet. Layer the mozzarella cheese on top, then the vegetables.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the desired crispness has been reached.
