Instructions

Step 1
Use a steak knife to carve two bell peppers after clearing out seeds. Set aside and begin cooking pulled pork with paprika, pepper, and salt. Stuffing bell peppers alternating between layers of pork and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with guacamole, sour cream, and green onion and/or diced tomatoes. This works well with ground turkey, chicken, and beef.
