My local health food store had bags of organic garlic on special and there were some big mf’s in there.

Step 1
Submerge garlic in olive oil in a small pot, add rosemary and salt
Step 2
- Place in the oven for 2 hours at around 120C, you want to cook it low and slow
Step 3
Spread your garlic on toasted sourdough and save the garlic infused olive oil for cooking
