Instructions
Step 1
Lightly oil and season the joint. Put the joint in the basket inside the cooking pot.
Step 2
Cook for 6 hours @ 60’c on dehydrate setting and then for 10 minutes on the Air Fryer setting @ 200 c.
Step 3
Double wrap the joint in foil and a tea towel to rest for 45 minutes to an hour.
