Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef and set it aside. Then heat oil and butter and cook diced onions and dice pepper. Cook until the onions are translucent. Then add the beef to the skillet and the taco seasoning. Mix and sprinkle the seasoning on the beef, onion pepper mixture. Pour 2/3 cup water into the pan and stir the mixture until all ingredients are coated. Mix the tomato paste into the 3 cups of beef broth in the lined crockpot. Mix in the spices. Pour the can of tomatoes in the crockpot. Drain the corn and dump in the crockpot. Rinse the beans and put them in one hour before eating. Combine the meat mixture into the crockpot. Cover and cook.
