Instructions

Step 1
1. Dice the red onion and pickles, set aside

2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, add to a bowl, and mash them with a fork
Step 3
3. Now add rest of the no-tuna mix ingredients, including the red onion and pickles, to the same bowl and stir to combine into a creamy mixture
