Instructions

Step 1
step 1 Add all of the ingredients and mix until smooth

Step 2
step 2 cook your pasta and tofu (separately obviously). It’s on you how you like your tofu, i did a crispy, curry flavored, baked in the oven. Let me know if you want a separate recipe for that.

step 3 chop your zucchini or cucumber (i did cucumber because we didn’t have zucchini) and your spinach
Step 4
step 4 Final step is to play witb your dish a little, add all of your ingredients into a plate or a bowl and top with peanut satay, keshu, pesto (if you like) and some sesame or chia seeds
