Instructions

Step 1
1. Place your aubergine on a baking tray with baking paper or in an oven dish in the oven for 1 hour at 180C. Then let them cool.
Step 2
2. Scoop out all the flesh and finely chop
Step 3
3. Add all the other ingredients to the aubergine and mix everything well.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste
