Step 1
Put the feta in a small casserole with chopped onion, cherry tomatoes cut in half, oil, salt, pepper and oregano and bake for 20 mins at 200C (400F).

With a spiralizer turn zucchini into spaghetti and boil for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the casserole from the oven, mix it all together with a spoon and add the zucchini to the mixture.
