Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Clean and slice bell peppers
Step 3
Thinly slice red onion
Step 4
Chop feta cheese into crumble size pieces
Step 5
Place foil over baking sheet and place sliced peppers and onions on foil
Step 6
Sprinkle minced garlic over pepper and onion mix
Step 7
Drizzle pepper mix with olive oil and loosely toss
Step 8
Bake in oven for 28 minutes
Step 9
While peppers are baking dice feta cheese into small crumble pieces
Step 10
Remove peppers from oven, use tongs to add pepper mix onto toritilla, top mix with feta cheese
