Instructions

Step 1
Chop all ingredients to fit in a large pot or Instapot insert.

For Stovetop

Step 2
Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil then lower heat to a simmer for two hours.

For Instapot

Step 3
Add all ingredients to the insert and fill with water to the maximum line. This may take more or.less than the 6 cups of water.
Step 4
Set to broth mode, high pressure for 4 hours.

For cooked broth

Step 5
Once the broth is cooked, strain the liquid from the solids .
Step 6
Stock can be used immediately in meals, refrigerated for up to one week, canned according canning instructions or placed in freezer for up to six months.
