0.5 bagFrozen Riced Cauli Stir Fry
¾ cupwhite rice
prepped day before
2chicken breasts
diced
⅛ teaspoonsesame oil
literally a couple DROPS - don’t be fat and use a lot
2 TablespoonsLiquid Aminos
or soy sauce but LOW SODIUM
0.5 TablespoonTeriyaki Sauce
ginger powder
measure with heart
¼ teaspoongarlic powder
measure with heart
¼ teaspoononion powder
measure with heart

Instructions
Step 1
Grab a large deep pan and warm up on medium heat. Add sesame oil.

Step 2
Dice up chicken into bite sized pieces and remove fat. Add to pan with sesame oil.

Once chicken is fully cooked, add cauliflower rice and white rice. Mix it up.
Frozen Riced Cauli Stir Fry0.5 bag

Step 4
Add your sauces and spices to the chicken & rice mixture. Mix it up.

Teriyaki Sauce0.5 Tablespoon
ginger powder
garlic powder¼ teaspoon

Step 5
Once everything is hot and ready, plate 1-1.5 cups depending on preference and enjoy!
