Easy Pumpkin Streusel Muffins

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or line muffin tin. In mixing bowl, blend pumpkin and cake mix. Spoon into muffin tin. In a small bowl, mix flour and brown sugar Splenda. Cut butter into small pieces and blend into sugar mixture with fork. Sprinkle on top of muffins. Bake for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 10 minutes. Muffins are done when they spring back when pressed on lightly. Let cool 5 minutes and remove from pan to finish cooling on wire rack.
