Burger Patty
50gtortilla chips
150gground beef
30gcheddar cheese
grated
1slice emmental cheese
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
2 Tbspsunflower oil

Instructions

Step 1
Mince the parsley and grate the garlic.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Burger patty
Step 3
Put the tortilla chips in a bag and crush with a rolling pin. Then place on a plate.
Step 4
First shape the meat into a ball and then press it extremely flat. The diameter should be much larger than that of the burger bun.
Step 5
Place the cheese in the middle and then shape the meat back into a ball so that the cheese is enclosed. Finally, press it flat again.
Step 6
Season the burger patty on both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Now place the patty in the tortilla chips and press down firmly so that the chips can adhere well. Repeat the process on the other side.
Step 8
Heat the oil in a frying pan and set the heat to medium-high. Place the patty in the pan and fry for approx. 2-3 mins.
Step 9
Then turn the patty and place the Emmental cheese on top. Fry again for approx. 2-3 mins.

Cut the hamburger bun in half and toast in the same pan in which the meat was fried until golden brown.
Step 11
Cut the tomato into slices.
Step 12
Spread the sauce on the bottom half of the burger bread.
Step 13
Then top with the lettuce, tomatoes and patty.
Step 14
Finally, top with the other half of the Buger bread and enjoy!
