Instructions

Chili cheese sauce

Step 1
Mince the chilli.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chili’s and fry for about 1min.
Step 3
Pure in the heavy cream and mix well.
Step 4
Add the cheese slices and seasoning. Let the cheese melt for about 2-3min.

Burger Patty

Step 5
Form the meat into a ball which you then squeeze with your hands as flat as possible. The patty should have a diameter of about 15cm, because it gets smaller during frying.
Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the patty. Season with salt and pepper and fry for about 2min. Then flip and season again. Press the patty flat as it will shrink in size. Finally place the cheese slices on top and let melt for about 2min.

Wrap

Step 7
On a tortilla wrap put a plate with a diameter of about 12cm and cut out a circle.
Step 8
Spread the center of the whole tortilla wrap with the chili cheese sauce.
Step 9
Top it with the burger patty and jalapeños.
Step 10
Top the center with the smaller tortilla wrap.
Step 11
Now fold the large tortilla wrap around the small one.
Step 12
Then toast the wrap in a pan on both sides until the wrap is crispy and golden brown.
