Step 1
Cut 1 slice of cheese into small equal squares.
Step 2
Form the ground meat into 2 balls. Then flatten each of them.
Step 3
Place the cheese squares in the center of a patty. Now place the other patty on top. Close the sides and press it a little flat.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the burger patty and season with salt and pepper. Fry for 2min then flip.
Step 5
Again season with salt and pepper. Place the other cheese slice on top and fry for another 2min.

Cut the burger bun in half. Toast it in the same pan where you fried the burger patty.
Step 7
Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 8
Spread the bottom half of the burger bun with mayonnaise.
Step 9
Top it with the salad, tomato slices and burger patty.
Step 10
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
