Step 1
In a bowl, add unsalted butter, chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley, and grated mozzarella. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
Step 2
Cut the baguette an inch width for every piece
Step 3
Spread the garlic butter across the bread. Coat edge to edge.
Step 4
Place the bread on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven set to 200C for 10-12 minutes.
