Step 1
Peel then mash two ripe bananas in a large bowl. Add coconut oil tahini vanilla and cinnamon and mix to combine

Step 2
Add in hemp seeds flax seeds pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and stir until completely combined . I don’t add any sweetener as the ripe bananas give it sweetness but if you like you could add some honey or date syrup or sweetener .

Step 3
Press the mixture into a small lined greased brownie dish or baking dish. Bake at 180 c or 360 f for 25 minutes . One e bakes let it cook then slice into 10 bars . Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days ! Enjoy .
