Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely Chop Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, and Celery
Step 2
Place veggies in cold pot, then set pot over lowest setting for 2 hours
Step 3
Place strainer over a bowl, paper towels over the strainer. When veggies are done strain through the paper towels. Let sit for 1 hour
Step 4
After water has been extracted, use a vegetable mill on the veggies
Step 5
Throw cooked pasta into the sauce and serve.
