Instructions

Step 1
Cut up pork and grind it in a food processor or fine chop it or use ground pork. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Sauté in some oil with the finely chopped onion, celery and garlic until browned. Add chopped carrot, cabbage, potato and beet along with dill and tomato paste, and broth or bouillon and water. Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes and allow to natural release. Mix through juice of 1/2 lemon. Taste and increase lemon juice if desired. Top with Greek yogurt or sour cream.
