Preheat oven to 180⁰C

Boil carrots in salted water until soft and puree until no lumps can be found

Mix the carrot puree with the sugar, eggs, orange and flour until it's creamy

When the cake is cooked place it on the cloth and wait until it has cooled

Meanwhile, heat the cream and add the chocolate

When the cake is cooled, roll it with the help of the cloth and spread the chocolate on top
