Instructions
Step 1
Mince garlic, onion, chili and turmeric. Cut buttercup squash in cubes.
Step 2
Sauté onion + garlic + chili with salt for 5 mins. Add buttercup squash and turmeric. Sauté. Add spices, sauté 2 mins.
Step 3
Wash red lentils. Add it to the pot and all the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 20 mins. Blend.
