Step 1
Mix all ingredients in stand mixer until ball forms. Knead 5 minutes Shape dough into firm ball in well oiled bowl. Cover and allow to rise until doubled. Press out dough to length of pan. Fold or roll to form loaf. Press into greased or parchment lined pan. Allow to rise until 1 inch from top of pan. Close lid and bake 30 min at 350* F, Remove lid and bake additional 5min. Turn bread out to cool and butter outside
