So cheesy, slightly chewy and spicy. This dish is a favorite in our home.

Step 1
Soak rice cakes for 5 minutes in cold water. Heat oil, cook hotdog and onions. Remove hot dogs, add water, gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil. Let it come to a boil then add rice cakes. Cook until soft then add green onions, heavy cream, hot dogs then top with mozzarella cheese. Cook until cheese has melted.
