I know Rosés are so 2018 but a pasta dish like this is t I m e l e s s ⏰ A perfect way to use up your dried pasta. Some tips:
1)You can use cream, half and half, heck whole milk, whatever you have.
2) Any pasta noodle is fine, but I think fettuccine goes well with this one!
3) Roll with chopsticks or long tongs to get that korean cafe pasta look

1. Dice 1 onion, chop up kimchi into itty bit pieces like so. Chop one scallion into equally itty bit pieces

2. Cook 3 strips of bacon until crispy, cut into itty bitty pieces

3. Melt 1 tbs of butter, add 1 tbs sesame seed oil. Sautee onions with a sprinkle of salt and cook until caramelized.

4. Add chopped up kimchi and 2.5 tbs tomato paste
Step 6
5. Add 1/3 c cream or half and half, mix, and then add 1/3 c of shaved parmesan and mix until melted. Add 1/2 of the bacon bits

6. Season with pepper, salt, and 1tbs dried parsley

7. Add cooked pasta noodles, mix around vigorously
Step 9
8. Top with remainder of bacon its, some extra parsley if you’d like and of course extra cheese :) Yee!!! The best pasta dish a quarantine girl can dish for :)
