Instructions
Step 1
In a heavy deep pan, heat oil and in it slightly brown onions
Step 2
Push to one side, add beef and sear thoroughly
Step 3
Add minced onion, green pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato soup, spices and seasonings.
Step 4
Cook covered, over low heat for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if needed.
Step 5
Remove Bay leaf and add extra salt if necessary.
Step 6
Cook Spaghetti in 3 to 4 quarts of rapidly boiling salted water
