Instructions
Step 1
Brown diced onion in a pan. Once browned remove and add to the slow cooker. Brown the beef chunks in the pan. Once browned, sprinkle flour over beef and toss together, then add to the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add beef mixture to slow cooker, then add paprika, tomato paste, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock. Stir then cover and leave it for 6-7 hours.
Step 3
1 hour before serving, stir and add mushrooms.
Step 4
20 minutes before serving, add sour cream. Stir and leave uncovered to thicken.
Step 5
In the meantime, cook your side. Make mash potato.
Step 6
Serve together.
